Anyone in the organization can add links, photographs, and other content to their colleagues’ entries, which will appear in other users’ Storylines. It is an excellent technique to include all staff and boost interactions with upper management.

Users can even create stories that are currently in preview mode. These characteristics make it possible to better link employees, which is especially important given the development of remote and hybrid work.

  • Azure Cognitive Services

Several upgrades to this service have been announced, including Azure OpenAI, which provides users with access to Dall-E 2, a model that allows users to make individualized pictures from text or images.

For its part, Azure Cognitive Service for Language expands its capabilities to include an abstract summary of documents and generic talks, greater linguistic coverage, general access to Language Studio, and so on.

  • Mesh Avatars for Microsoft Teams

Mesh avatars are available in private preview for Teams meetings. Users will now have more options, including the ability to select a customized, animated representation of oneself without activating the camera.

  • Teams Premium

This new feature includes meeting guidelines, which will assist users in selecting the appropriate experience and be easily customizable.

Teams, on the other hand, are expected to become smarter due to the implementation of intelligent recaps. These AI-generated tasks are automatically given from meetings, intelligent playback, individualized feedback in meeting recordings, intelligent search, live subtitle translations, and so on.

  • Viva Goals

Viva Goals was founded to assist enterprises in aligning employee work with business results. It now has additional third-party connectors that incorporate goals and OKRs into the process.

  • Microsoft Places

A new program was introduced for optimizing workspaces for mixed work. It uses artificial intelligence to connect virtual and physical locations, resulting in greater connections, engagement, and productivity while delivering the missing holistic view of hybrid work.

Furthermore, an automatic Office installer, the ability to view and edit reports directly from OneDrive and SharePoint, a Business-to-Business (B2B) discovery feature, and extensive data set reporting support.

These assist enterprises in improving their cloud security posture, extending threat protection across workloads, and integrating DevOps security in hybrid and multi-cloud settings.

  • Power Automate

Using natural language and AI, the Power Automate task automation tool presents a new approach to accelerate this automation. Both will allow customers to explain what they wish to automate, and the flow will be created in seconds without the need for searches or errors.

After selecting one of the suggested flows, the required connectors will be configured, and the flow designer can finalize the flow.
